The system build Four steps to handover

Four steps to the handover.

First we check whether the role can be filled at all. Then we build the system inside your company, fill the role with a guarantee on the hire – and hand it over. The last step is the one no agency takes.

The real bottleneck

You don't have an applicant problem. You have a drop-off problem.

The market is swept empty – but the real loss happens later. A large share of prospects drop off between the ad click and the submitted application. Not because too few are looking, but because nothing on the way to you builds trust: some never reach out, others apply and then vanish. You paid for both. Both are gone. That's exactly the gap we close – and we guarantee the hire.

Service & field operations

Good service technicians choose which company they travel for – and a large share of career changers are gone again within the first year. Volume gets you nothing if nobody is left after twelve months. We pre-filter for commitment, not click counts.

Technicians who start and stay – not the next applicant conveyor belt.

Production & maintenance

A skilled position in German mechanical engineering stays open 106 days at the median (own analysis, 23,707 Federal Agency postings, 2026). After roughly 120 days of vacancy, the cost exceeds a full annual gross salary – calculated at a factor of three, the midpoint of the common range of two to four. The machinists are out there – they simply do not apply to companies whose machine park, shift model and allowance appear nowhere.

Filled roles instead of vacancy costs – with a hiring guarantee.

What you get

Six building blocks of your own recruiting system.

Machine tools, packaging technology or refrigeration and building-technology service: this fills the role and stays with you afterward, not with an agency. Every module carries a line an agency cannot write – what belongs to you afterward.

01

A role that actually gets filled

Not a full inbox – someone who starts. We measure success in hires, not clicks or applicant counts.

02

Hiring guarantee

If the role stays open, we keep working at no further cost until it is filled. Only for roles we judge fillable up front.

03

Your own careers page – you own it

Page, funnel, automation and every applicant record are yours afterward. When our placement phase ends, the system stays standing.

04

AI pre-qualification

AI filters before the interview. Only fitting candidates reach you – your time does not go to rejections.

05

Reply within 24 hours

Auto-confirmation instantly, a personal reply the same day. Whoever calls back on Monday has already lost the candidate.

06

Visible where people search

Your business shows up – in search and when candidates ask ChatGPT and the like. Until applications increasingly come on their own.

The applicant funnel

Where your applicants leak away.

Illustrative, from 100 people who see your job ad. Every stage where the page falls short costs you applications – long before anyone ever talks to you.

Same ad budget. A filled role, not an empty inbox. The difference is the path – and from day one it belongs to you.

Process

From feasibility check to handover.

  1. Feasibility check

First we check honestly whether your role is fillable. If it is not, we tell you – before any money moves. We put the criteria and what "fitting" means in writing.

  2. System setup

We build the careers page, application flow and AI pre-qualification. Mobile-first, fast, calm. It is all yours afterward.

  3. Placement phase

The campaign runs, the AI pre-qualifies. Only fitting candidates reach the interview – you interview instead of sorting.

  4. Hired – with a guarantee

If the role stays open, we keep working at no further cost. Your ad budget runs on your account, not ours.

  5. Handover

Our placement phase ends, your system stays standing. No platform you rent. No access we could ever switch off.

Questions

Honest answers.

  1. 01 Aren't you just the next social-recruiting agency?
No. Most hand over applicant lists and a full inbox – then you are on your own again. We deliver hires and build the system that keeps filling. It is yours afterward, no retainer lock-in.
  2. 02 What if we don't hire anyone in the end?
Then the hiring guarantee kicks in: we keep working at no further cost until the role is filled. Your ad budget runs on your account either way. The condition is that you interview promptly and do not reject qualified candidates without reason – we put that in writing during onboarding. And we only take roles we judge fillable in the feasibility check.
  3. 03 If the system belongs to us, what do you live on?
On building new companies every year – not on old ones never finishing. A recruitment agency, a temp staffing firm and a retainer agency cannot make that offer without abolishing themselves. Support from day one is voluntary, cancellable and never a condition.
  4. 04 We already have a recruiting campaign running. Does this still help?
Especially then. Every click from your campaign ends up with you, and that is where it is decided whether a click becomes an application. There is no reliable drop-off rate for that step; what is documented is the stage after it: 36 percent of candidate drop-offs happen before the first interview (Indeed survey of 400 recruiters in Germany). We build the layer that turns clicks into hires, instead of just burning more budget.
  5. 05 How fast is a role filled?
First the feasibility check, then the system stands in a few days. How fast it fills after that depends on the role and region – so we give you an honest estimate in the first call instead of a fantasy number.
  6. 06 From what company size does this pay off?
Against placement fees of 15 to 25 percent of annual salary, a system pays off from two technical roles a year – with 10 to 15 percent turnover in industrial and technical roles that corresponds to roughly 50 employees. Below that we will tell you an agency is the cheaper math, rather than building you something you cannot use to capacity.
Waiting list

One company per specialisation and area. Every slot is currently taken.

Put your name down. As soon as a slot opens in your area we will come back to you – with an assessment, not a pitch.

What happens next

  1. You leave a postcode and a website. That is all we need to place your catchment area.
  2. We come back as soon as we can – and we decline if your area is taken or the role cannot be filled. Honestly, before you lose time.
  3. If it fits, we run your area together: how many suitable technicians work within range, and what the build would cost you – including when we advise against it.

A systems builder, not an agency

The last time you pay anyone for recruiting as a service.

Blacklyne is not a recruiter, not a retainer agency and not a staffing firm. We build the hiring system once inside your company and hand it over with accounts, templates and everything documented in writing. From handover on you hire on your own – no fee per head, no monthly retainer, and no us.

What ends at handover

  • Recruiter fee, 15–25 % of annual salary – per head, every time
  • Retainer: monthly, open-ended, paying for effort rather than outcome
  • Staffing mark-up, cost factor 1.5–2.0
  • Dependency: accounts, audiences and applicant data sitting with a provider

What stays – inside your company

  • A careers page on your own domain, source code and access included
  • Ad accounts, audiences and creatives running on your company
  • Applicant data, screening questions and scoring logic
  • Operating manual and training – you launch the next role alone

Your ad budget keeps running through your own accounts, paid straight to the platform. Nothing flows to us from day one – that is the difference, not the campaign.
